We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Home Health Care Company located in Peoria, Arizona!
We are an established and respected Home Health Care Company that specializes in treating Adults and Geriatric patients in their home.
We have an experienced support team to help assist you while you focus on providing patient care.
Full Time or Part Time Position is Available!
We offer flexibility and customization with our schedule!
Our Hours are: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
Closed on the weekends!
Our Compensation is: $40 - $60 per hour + Full Benefit Package.
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Active/Eligible Arizona license.
We require 1 year or more of previous Home Health Care experience.
No New Grads.
