Administrative Assistant Outpatient - New Braunfels Location Center Point, TX :
Starlite Recovery Center is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our IOP team in New Braunfels!
For years, Starlite Recovery Center has been providing adult clients in the heart of the Hill Country in Center Point, Texas, with caring and highly effective drug rehab for substance abuse, alcohol addiction, and co-occurring issues.
This position will be working with IOP patients in our New Braunfels office: 790 Generations Dr. Suite 515 New Braunfels, TX 78130.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Main focus will be on utilization review
- Perform general clerical duties assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the facility.
- Assist with day IOP group
- Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
- Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
- Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
- May responsible for accurate and timely physician credentialing.
- May direct and lead the work of others.
- May manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities.
- Create spreadsheets, manage databases and prepare presentations, reports and documents as needed.
- Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls.
- May cover the reception desk when required.
- Calendar management, schedule appointments, update calendars and arrange staff meetings
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.

- Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
