Role Summary:
As an ABA Therapist, you will provide high-quality, in-person therapy services to our clients in the Queens, NY area . This job requires a compassionate, dynamic individual who is committed to implementing customized therapy plans that address the unique needs of each client. Working closely with our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Engage clients in evidence-based learning and behavior modification techniques
• Provide guidance and support to families, educating them on ABA strategies

Requirements

Job requirements:

• Ability to commute to/from Queens, NY - REQUIRED
• Must have valid ABA Therapy License/Certification
• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to make learning fun and interactive, with the focus of the tutoring often determined by student questions and comments
• Ability to pass a background check if required
